Pathetic service and company, do not use

Pathetic service with empty promises. Ordered from them before with no issues, this time just problems. Won't ever use them again and will recommend no else to use them. Order placed 4 August. Still "processing" on 13 October. 8 September got a mail that says the items I ordered is out of stock - yet they are still advertising those same items on their website - and that I can request a refund. Requested refund on 8 September, promised 10 working days, its 13 October and still nothing. Last reply 4 October to say they will follow up. Nothing since.
