Order #144632 was placed on June 25, 2021, and is currently Processing. I am still waiting for my order and no one is responding to my e-mails. This is the 2nd order after the first one took over a month only to be told that what I had ordered was out of stock. They loaded the voucher in my account and I re-ordered different items, hoping this time around they will deliver on time. Yet the same thing has happened. I have asked for a refund and no one is responding to my e-mail. Such terrible service I am now receiving from them. I have been a customer for over 2 years but this time it's like they are taking me too much for granted. They do not need my business anymore. I want a refund ASAP. iN December IT TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS TO SEND MY ORDER. WHEN I ORDER I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER WITHIN THE PROMISED TIME WHICH IS NOW 7- 10 DAYS. WHAT THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND IS THAT I ORDER THINGS I WANT TO USE ASAP NOT AFTER 3 MONTHS. I PAY IMMEDIATELY THEREFORE I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED ON TIME. I AM SURE THIS TIME THEY WILL BLAME IT ON LOOTING ETC YET I ORDERED IN JUNE WAY BEFORE WE EVEN KNEW THEY WAS GOING TO BE LOOTING ETC
