No response. Paid, and received nothing

I have ordered something on Grabitall on 25 April 2021. My order number is Grabitall Order 139853. They were supposed to deliver by 7 May, which already is quite a long waiting period, but I have, to-, date received nothing. This is in spite of NUMEROUS EMAILS, on which I have received NO reply. They have no customer service contact number, only a Whats App number that doesn't work. How can such a business operate in broad daylight, and nobody investigate them???? I would actually want to rate them no stars, but it is not allowed here. I would very much like to have feedback on this order.
