No Refunds?

The fan that I ordered was not delivered by the Courier Guy. After lots of calls they paid the amount of the fan back to Grabitall, who acknowledge receipt thereof at 25May 2021. I sent my bank details immediately,but they still didnt refund me or sent me another fan and also dont reply to any of me e-mails anymore. My last e-mail was on 3Aug 2021, but also not answered !
