No refund received after a month of waiting!!

I placed my order in May it never arrived , when I asked where my order was they said it will be delivered before 28 May "there is a delay due to them moving premises" On 28/05 still nothing received. I requested a refund and did send my banking details no one is responding or replying on my emails. It has been over a month. Very unhappy with Grabitall , maybe it is a **** company? as they do not refund clients.
