no refund after so many days

i orders laptop adjustable desk on the 13th of may they took the money knowing very well that they dnt have stock after 7 days they sent an email that supplier dsnt have stock they will credit my account to check out i ask for refund even today i have not recieve any money ,imagine from the 13th i need my money so that i can buy somewhere you guys dnt have any sense of urgency about pplz money
