No Refund !!!

Where does one start... order placed in April 2021, goods were delivered faulty, eventually got them returned, and after many emails, still have not received my refund in my bank account, as requested, and we are now in August 2021, and this is not my first bad experience with Grabitall Online... Pathetic is all I can say, from my experience!!
