NO DELIVERY, NO COMMUNICATION - *******

Ordered an item on 31 May, delivery was supposed to be 7 - 9 working days. It is almost a month later and still no delivery! When I followed up 14 June, I was told they are moving and this is causing the delay - how is this my problem? ZERO communication since then. Plan better. Do Better. Communicate Better. Because right now you're a ***** in my eyes!!
