No communication to customers even when asked several times!

Ordered item in April as a birthday present for May - as per policy order should have arrived at least a week before the birthday date. Item did not arrive until late May due to "move of warehouse" which was never communicated even after several chases. When order actually did it was delivered with missing parts Complaints sent were ignored for ages until I was eventually asked for photos which I sent - then suddenly courier arrives at gate literally the next day to collect faulty order with absolutely no heads up and no communication at all since - I have been asking for an update for weeks with not one word back I don't know if they are sending a replacement or refunding me or if they have now simply ****** my money without replacing the unit. I have ordered previously from them and had issues as well - doubt I will ever be ordering from them again at this rate! Their lack of communication is disgusting!
