INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST

I placed an order with grabitall 7 days ago. They were quick enough to take my money but till now have not received an order number or my delivery which was suppose to take 3-5 days. I have never in my life dealt with such *********** staff. I spoke to a Shubby who was really shabby - she did not what she was doing or how anything worked, always made promises that she could not keep too. She even promised to call me back but didn't even have my number. Cheap is not always best is being clearly proven by this *********** online store. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently there's not 1 available !!!

I even receive emails saying my delivery is on its way 3 days later and still nothing. I asked for a refund and even that is such a mission.
