Horrible , terrible experience, customer service extremely poor .

I am absolutely apolled by the service I received from Grabitall... I made an order about 2 months ago. Which I have not, to this day received... after multiple requests, I finally got a response to say my order will be delivered, they had backlog... that never happened. I then asked for a cancellation and a refund.. I am still waiting for my refund to this day ... please warm people never to spend their money on Grabitall.
