I think one star is still being generous.

I bought couch covers online. The sizing on the website was incorrect and the covers did not fit. I requested a refund which they confirmed but never actually refunded. It has been 3 months and nobody is responding to any of my emails. I have now lodged a complaint with CGSO. Their website claims to provide "hassle free return - quick and easy". That is a lie. The telephone number only has a voice prompt on it telling you to email or Whatsapp. The Whatsapp doesn't work and requires you to send an invitation which doesn't help. This is blatantly the worst service and don't give a f@ckery that I have ever come across.
