Grabitall ****

My sister ordered 2 matching single headboards in June 2020, & they arrived in 2 different colors. When she complained, they collected one & promised to replace it in the correct shade. By December this hadn't been done. When she told them to collect the other 1 & refund her, they offered her store credit for the 1 in their possession ONLY! They're refusing to take the other 1, now she has a bed without a headboard, & is expected to have mismatched furniture. The quality is also not as expected from their pictures. This is absolutely unacceptable, false advertising & a complete ****! Today is 18 August 2021 & this still hasn't been resolved. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
