GRABITALL Order remains in Processing status 2 months later

I purchased some items on GRABITALL on the 21st Dec 2021. More than 2 months later the status still says PROCESSING. I tried logging an enquiry on the website, after a while my 'support ticket' just disappeared. You can't contact them telephonically, I tried emailing on the 14th Feb 2022 and I received no response. Is GRABITALL a ****?
