The experience was so bad i actually had to just laugh it off. Ordered a “Minimal LED Lamp” similar to what is available on Amazon and other online stores. Order placed and paid for on 25 February. They commit to delivery within 5 to 8 days. After several emails, finally got delivery on 18 March.

They clearly did not have the product they advertised, so THEY ACTUALLY MADE IT. I received a homemade lamp made with square tubing and a stick on LED strip stuck on with two way tape. Wires insulated with black insulation tape.

This was an expensive joke at a cost of R1200.

Do not be fooled by the superb website they have. A company that cannot publish its telephone number or address is a ****.

Coburn will continue to respond very politely, but the business model seems reliant on people just getting tired of complaining and cutting their losses.
