Grabitall is a ****

I am struggling to return my order to Grabitall. It has been weeks now. Every time when I enquire about when the item will be collected I am told, " Oh, today" or "Tomorrow". So far no one has ever even attempted to call me for the collection. I have sent several emails and each time a person called Coburn will respond by saying the return will be collect tomorrow.
