GRABITALL - DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR E-MAIL AND DO NOT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISES. BEWARE!!!!!!

I placed an order on Grabitall the first week of November ITEM NO. 156370 - CESEEL SUMARES. A month later received an e-mail confirming that they were unable to deliver my order as they were not able to obtain stock of the said item, would i prefer a credit or the money returned to my account. I requested the latter and after endless e-mails following up on status of my refund, i simply do NOT GET A REPLY to my mails.
