Grabitall a ****

Been trying to get wireless earpieces I purchased replaced as they only worked for a week. I emailed them several times with no reply back. Did manage to get hold of somebody after several calls and she assured me that she would get back to me - well that was beginning of Dec. last year and still no call from her. They NEVER EVER answer their phones. THEY ARE A ****
