********** business, NEVER BUY FROM THEM they ***** your money

I suspect that this company is **********. I have placed 2 orders, and received broken and incorrect products that is a lot cheaper than what I have ordered. I ordered an expensive baby seat, and got a cheap toddler chair instead. I have contacted them to arrange a replacement or refund, with no sufficient response. After doing research I have seen people have had similar problems and once they pick up your incorrect order after weeks you never get the correct product, they simply ignore you and disappear. THIS IS THEFT. To make it worse you cannot call them as I suspect they will not be able to handle all the customer complaints. The building that their company is registered to has a completely different business in it. IT'S A ****, NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE. Someone needs to do something. This is on direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act
