False advertising, poor quality and service delivery!!!!!

Grabitall does not give you what you have ordered and you have to wait weeks before they deliver. I have ordered a smart tv box with a wireless keyboard, when my order arived after 4 weeks I only received the tv box. I queried it with them twice, they told me my order was without a wireless keyboard even after I've sent them their adverti*****t on an e-mail that was placed on the same day that I've placed my order!!!! I also ordered a wireless router that is of poor quality, I informed them the same day of delivery that I would like to return it and have a refund. They simply ignore my e-mails and do not care!!!
