Do not order from Grabitall!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would like to give Grabitall a 0 score. Have ordered two separate orders. Quick to take money and then you wait and wait........................and two weeks later an email (27 May) that the order has been delayed (no mention of two orders) due to them moving to a new warehouse! Ridiculous - there are two types of problems - mine and theirs and they should not get the two confused. I rep**** with an email - and another email and another one. Still no response. Then contacted them per whatsapp as they say you should do (1 June) - got someone on the other side - nameless machine or shameless employee - same story that they moved warehouse bla bla bla. Then got a reply that stock were damaged - this message was then removed (so there was someone at the other side of the phone!!). No further response after the little mistake about the damaged goods! And since Monday 7 June no response to emails or whasapp messages. Is this company in a cashflow challenge or closing down? I will never order from them again! Next step - consumer council!
