Dissatisfied with BELL+HOWELL BIONIC TRIMMER.

I purchased the BELL+HOWELL BIONIC TRIMMER. On delivery I assembled it and put it on charge, the charging light does not come on. I read through the reviews and discovered I am not the only on dissatisfied with this product! Where to from here?
