Dissapointing service

I have since placed an order with Grabittal on 3July 2021 I have not received my goods. Despite numerous mails that I have sent to them. They have empty promises and they do not stick to their own lead response time. On the 19 August I sent a mail requesting a full refund, they have not responded till today.
