Disappointed
I've bought something on Grabitall for the first time. Their correspondence was pathetic, I finally decided to send the product back because of their lack of communication. Someone eventually send me a mail to say they will refund me. I am still waiting for my refund. I tried calling their offices with no luck. I am very disappointed in them and will think twice before ordering anything from them

17 Aug 2020, 17:47This is a follow up on my last review regarding grabitall. I finally got a full refund more than 30 days after I placed my order. I still didn't get any responds from them with regards to my emails or apology for the lack therefor. I will never order from them again going forward until they improve their services.
