Despicable service from Grabitall

I ordered and paid for a blanket which cost R1299 a month ago. Was told I would get it within 5-7 days. Nearly three weeks later I received a parcel which contained a glass kettle and some plastic containers. I did not open the box but wrote to Grabitall informing them of the wrong delivery. They wrote back and said they would be collecting the item soon but no mention of my item. A courier came to collect the wrong item the next day. I was promised my item would be delivered soon, first on Friday last week and then when it didn’t arrive and I wrote back to them somebody named Coburn said I would get it latest by Wednesday (today). Obviously nothing happened and I have been writing to them non stop but no-one has ever rep**** to me to tell me if and when I will be getting my parcel. This is terrible service and I will NEVER again buy from Grabitall. I have not received a refund for the item I ordered either. Really terrible, please don’t make the same mistake as I did. Do not buy from them!
