Another fly-by-night

I placed an order on January 26th from this site, i then called on February 4th to enquire about it as it was still saying the status is "processed" at this time. A lady answered the phone then took my order number and said she will check and call me back shortly, which never happened. At this time im furious, i do not want the goods anymore, i want my money back. up to now the status is still on "processed " how long should it take. other sites we buy today and receive within 3 days. This is very unacceptable
