Zero response from company after 6 attempts

I purchased items from Grabit in November 2015. Their website shows that the items were delivered to me but I never received them. I have tried to contact them by email, telephone and via their website but cannot get in contact with them and no-one ever replies to me. Avoid dealing with this company. Their client service is terrible.
