WRONG GOODS

Hi, I placed an order on Grabit for 3 items for my grandson for Christmas. I receive the parcel later than they said. I received 2 items instead of three and neither of the items received were what I ordered. I emailed them immediately on 09/12/15 (as they only have an email address), explaining what happened. I only received a response 5 days later asking me to submit a photo of what I received. I did this and to date have had no response!!! I ordered a wooden pull a long tortoise, a big eye beige tortoise bedside light and an ottoman. I received a green and pink tortoise bedside light totally different to the one I ordered and a set of chopping boards and measuring cups in a stand!!! To say I am upset is putting it mildly
