Worst online store EVER

This is my first time using grabit - NEVER AGAIN! I had to contact them online via their online chat to ask about my order, only to be told that they could not fulfill my order!! So I requested a refund and was told it was being done, TWICE, still not in my account - you cannot phone them, funny enough they are not online to chat now - you have to leave a message - NOT A CHANCE - getting my bank to reverse the payment which is a pain in my butt, but anyway! The amount of complaints here, WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
