Worst Online Store

I placed an order and paid on the 4 January 2016. After following up I was told that my order was out for delivery on the 8th January. Today is 18 January and still had not received my order. I emailed Grabit since there is no telephone number available (already this should ring an alarm bell)! I was told Churchills express would deliver today still. I receive half my order tonight at 19:15 with one item completely damaged with missing pieces. I want a refund and I want the junk that was delivered to me collected!! Order: ***<br>
