Waiting for a order

Placed an order on the 23/11/2015. They delivered an item which I had not ordered on Monday the 30th November (waybill # ***) and I emailed them that day to notify them. They emailed me back that same day to say they will arrange for collection and delivery of my correct goods. Now when I follow up I hear no response. There is also no telephone number on their site. Please help me get my correct order.
