Unable to get refund or response

I purchased an item in July. After testing it for the documented period it was found not to work. It then took 2 months to get a response from Grabit about how to process a return. It has been impossible to get through to the contact number and responses via email are erratic and take weeks. Eventually they did arrange courier to collect the faulty goods, but now 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund and cannot get any response.<br> <br> I must say that I've ordered several products from Grabit before and there has been no problem with receipt of goods. However when there is a problem with the product it turns out that their customer service and responsiveness is shocking.
