took my money last year june and no product received

<p>i cannot describe my shock at your attitude towards customers,i ordered a motorbike for my nephew,you took the money but i didnt receive the bike,i had to buy another gift for him,was really embarrasing,i got proof of payment,dont know how to get in touch with youll,i sent a email with the proof of payment but did not get any response,very upset by your treatment of your customers </p>
