The amount of complaints about you says enough

I stupidly ordered an electronic kiddies bike about 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I followed up online and was told I would get a phone call...never happened. I then sent 2 emails, no reply. I then called in yesterday, spoke to a lady who said my order was out of stock and that I could wait till the new year for new stock or ask for a refund. I said to the lady that the complaints on Hello Peter suggest that clients money is not refunded and she said \We definitely refund our clients at some point
