Terrible service and no money back

I purchased goods in excess of R1000, online over 5 months ago. They advised that the goods are no longer available from their supplier and promised me a refund. I have been waiting for over 5 months and still no refund. I have sent them numerous e-mails and they just ignore my mails. I want my money back, but no sure how to go about this.
