SOLD ME DAMAGED LUGGAGE SET

I bought a 3pc luggage set on grabit<br> The goods arrived in bad shape, torn and filthy, I contacted GRABIT online the same day and sent them numerous emails about the set being damaged and until now I have not heard any feedback from them regarding this matter... I will never purchase any item from them EVER!!! IF THIS IS HOW THEY DEAL WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS
