Purchase remains undelivered

<p>My order from 2 June 2016 remains pending on the Grabit website. This is the message regarding delivery: Nationwide Delivery - Within 7 Working Days....I forwarded them proof of my EFT payment on the same day and have still yet to receive my purchase. They do not have a contact number and emails sent through are unanswered. How do I get refunded if this is not delivered.</p>
