Please don't order from Grabit

<p>I placed and order 16 May 2016. I have paid, I have proof of paynent and I have an order number. I was supposed to recieve my order in 2 working days, two weeks later and the courier company has no record of the parcel ever getting to them. I have sent grabit 3 emails trying to track my parcel and they do not respond, and they dont have a telephone number. There is no way to track your order after they have taken your money. When I go online, the update says my order is complete.</p>
