Pathetic customer service or the absence thereof!

<p>On 3 June 16, I ordered 2 kitchen scales and specified that 1 should be red and the other black. I had the option to select these colours and it showed that the colours were available.</p> <p>However when I received the package the scales were both green! On Wednesday, 8 June I contacted Grabit via email as they have absolutely no telephone details! I received an automated reply saying that my request has been received and that 'The Calasca Support Team will endeavour to get back to mewithin the next 24 hours.' Well... It has now been 2 weeks & 3 follow up emails later & I have STILL not received a response!!!</p> <p> </p>
