Paid in full...wrong products received

I paid in full for my 3-in1 Diaper bag. They delivered wine openers. Saw on their website later that they state that they do frequently deliver products incorrectly. I've sent numerous emails and have yet to receive a response. This is theft. You should really focus on your customer service. I would not recommend anyone to make use of this website.
