Paid for goods and no delivery

Order placed on the 16th of December and no delivery received as yet. Their delivery policy is 3-5 working days within JHB. There is no contact number or way of tracking the order. I have sent 5 emails so far and received no correspondence. Absolutely disgusted. Will not be using this supplier ever again.
