Overdue order not received
<p>Order no: ********** 21<br />Order date: 17/10/2016<br />Was advised delivery up to 7 days, been more than 7 days and still have received my order. There is no telephone number to get feedback. Seen many similar reviews in here with people have the same issue. Please assist? </p>
I'm pleased to say that a day after posting my review. Dirk Van Greuning personally called me to explain that Calasca Trading recently took over Grabit Online. They were having some teething issues. He advised me that me parcel was with their couriers providing me with waybil number and contact details. I called them and was advised that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. I received my goods in Tuesday and am very pleased with the follow-up/ after sales support I received from Dirk
