Out of stock results in being **********

I ordered 3 items from [URL Removed] this was not my first time buying from the website. After a couple of weeks I received an email to say that the one item was out of stock, so could they give me credit. I said no, and asked for a refund. Long story short it has now been almost a month and they keep saying they will do the refund and have yet to do so. My emails don't get answered, and no one ever picks up the phone.<br> <br> I feel like I'm being **********, although I've previously had decent service from them. At this point, however, the fact that they won't even respond to my emails makes me think I won't be seeing my money anytime soon. I've learned my lesson - only websites like [URL Removed] from now on.
