Ordered not delivered!!!

I placed an order for goods on the 25th of November and paid for the purchase on the same day but till this day nothing has been delivered. It's almost a month later and after multiple emails sent to the company, NOBODY responds. They are quick to send email updates regarding new products, ON A DAILY, yet no-one is able to get back to me via a simple email system. The service is absolutely pathetic and it is near impossible to even get back a refund since no-one attends to mails!
