Ordered and payed-but did not receive the most expensive item (No number or responce to e-mails)

<p>I ordered items from the Grabit Online Store. Later (estimating a week) I received the parcel, just to find that the most expensive item is not in the parcel. There is no number that you can contact them on. I have send many many e-mails and only twice recieved an auto raply stating they will contact me within 24 hours. Still nothing. I'm very unhappy, just respond and say listen we will send the item or refund me. I am starting to think the are a ***** online shop!</p>
