Order Placed and paid on 25 Jan and still nothing

I have placed an order on Grabit online on 25 January and paid the amount the same day. According to their policy it should not take longer than 14 days for delivery. I have not received any indication that they received my payment or that my parcel is on the way. This is the second time they treat me like this. This time is just worse as there is NO contact details and only an e-mail on which they never respond. <br> <br> I think R662.00 is a lot of money just to leave it. This is the worst service ever. And to thing that they send out adverts everyday. How can you keep on sending out adverts if you cannot deliver on your promise. <br> <br> Grabit should not do any business with people as they don't know how to treat customers. <br> <br> Give me back my Money or deliver as promised as soon as possible.
