Order paid for but no delivery or refund

I ordered two wine aerators at the end of November 2015. I paid via credit card and received my parcel a couple of days later. However there was only one aerator delivered. I contacted Grabit and they apologized and said that they would send another one. I sent multiple emails throughout December without any response. Finally Carol responded to say they had no stock and would refund me the amount. I have yet to receive my money and Carol is no longer responding to my emails. The service is shocking and this is considered *****ing.
