order not delivered as yet,theres no correspondence as well ,its 2 months already

<p>Hi ,i ordered a kids black motorbike on 15th june ,order no ********** 27,amount went through on credit card statement,i havent received any correspondence and anything abount the bike,the childs bday is over and i need a refund immediately as this is not acceptable ,kindly inform me urgently .</p>
