Order from 17 May still not delivered and no feedback

<p>I've ordered 3 items online on the 17th of may and paid for it.</p> <p>No delivery or communication has been received to date 8 June 2016.</p> <p>Emails has been send, queries logged on the website wit a promise that somebody will get back to me within 24 hours.</p> <p>Nothing, not an email not a phone call, nothing about the status of my order or why it has not been delivered within 7 working days.</p> <p>This is the worst service ever.</p>
