Order contained 12 items only 1 delivered no reply

I refer to:<br> <br> Order #***<br> <br> This order was placed on 15 Oct. There was 12 items being part of the order. Although ALL items is marked as shipped in my order history, I only received 1 item.<br> <br> I have send to 2 emails, no reply. I have send an online message, no reply, I am trying the online chat, still no reply.<br> <br> I just want answers as to why the items is shown as shipped for a long time now already but I don't receive anything. The order value is almost R2,000.
